VILLA HORUS - Wonderful villa located in the splendid village of San Giovanni di Sinis, the most evocative town in the province of Oristano.
The house overlooks the sea, which can be admired from every window and which can be easily accessed via a short path.
With a pleasant walk you can easily reach the town square and the archaeological area of Tharros, an ancient Roman city, surrounded by wonderful and uncrowded beaches.
The house, a beautiful villa surrounded by a large private garden, is located in front of the sea a few meters from the beautiful beach of San Giovanni di Sinis and from the beach of Funtana Meiga, surrounded by nature and with free private parking inside the property.
There are four bedrooms on two floors equipped with air conditioning, with Queen Size or single beds, wardrobes and bright windows that directly overlook the crystal clear sea of the Sinis.
An exclusive relaxation room has been set up, ideal for reading or listening to good music in front of a breathtaking view of the sea, where you can only hear the sound of the waves and find inner peace.
There are two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Both are equipped with hairdryer, shampoo, soap and towels for each guest.
In the large living room there is a large table suitable for hosting numerous diners and very comfortable armchairs to relax watching a movie on Netflix or listening to music with the powerful Bluetooth speakers also suitable for a fun karaoke evening with friends.
There are heat pumps throughout the house that guarantee optimal temperatures both in summer and in winter.
It all ends with a wonderful patio from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.
Outside, in the rear part, there is a large and well-kept private garden surrounded by high hedges that guarantee optimal privacy. It is equipped with chairs and tables, and a barbecue to prepare unforgettable grills.
