Traditional house in typical Sardinian style located in the splendid village of San Giovanni di Sinis, the most suggestive place in the province of Oristano.
The house is close to the beach which is only 100 meters away and which can be accessed via a short path and a comfortable wooden staircase.
With a pleasant walk you can easily reach the town square and the archaeological area of Tharros, an ancient Roman city, surrounded by wonderful and uncrowded beaches (IUN R3424)
The house, built in the typical Sardinian style and furnished with original objects from the rural life of our island, is located a few meters from the beautiful beach of San Giovanni di Sinis which can be reached in a few steps, surrounded by nature and with free parking.
It spreads over one floor, on the ground floor, and there are four bedrooms, three of which are doubles and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe or chest of drawers.
In the large living room at the entrance there is a large wooden table suitable for hosting numerous diners and a comfortable sofa to be able to relax by watching television or in front of the typical fireplace, which guarantees optimal temperatures even in winter. There is also a powerful air conditioner which guarantees cool temperatures in summer and heat in winter.
The modern and recently renovated bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Included are supplied, included in the price, towels and linen.
There is a second small bathroom in the courtyard with toilet, sink and shower, ideal for when you return from the beach.
There is a fully equipped kitchen which has a fridge, freezer, oven, coffee makers and various utensils, everything needed to cook and eat (plates, glasses and cutlery). There is a washing machine.
Outside there is a large and well-kept garden equipped with chairs and tables, and a large barbecue for preparing unforgettable grilled meals.
The house also has free Wi-Fi and TV.
In the immediate vicinity there are some services you may need such as restaurants and kiosks.
The property can accommodate up to 8 people, and is therefore ideal for families with many children and groups of friends.
